The packing was perfect, all the pieces were delivered unscratched.
I assembled it immediately and prepared to make batter for dahi vada, followed the instructions on the manual to do my first wet grinding

Have been using this product since 5 years..Absolutely convenient to use, very easy to clean, easy to take out the batter...pure granite stone...extremely good quality...idly and dosas come out so well...u will not regret if you go for it...awesome and trouble free product...thanks to Sowbaghya for providing such a wonderful product
